We currently only ship to the United States (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories).
Do I pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $35 to the 48 contiguous United States. For orders under US$35, we charge a shipping fee of $4.99.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders will be shipped from our US or China warehouse in 2-4 business days after order placement.
What shipping partners do you use?
We work with different shipping carriers to ship orders to other countries. For the United States Warehouse, UPS and Amazon US Logistics will deliver your Zamat products to your door from our warehouse. For the China Warehouse, USPS will deliver your Zamat products to your door from our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 2-4 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
When can I expect to receive my order?
It typically takes 2-3 business days to process your order and another 2-7 business days via standard shipping for your package to arrive at your destination. Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other carrier-related delays). If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
When will you ship my order?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and any orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. No worries, We will take care of the Customs duty fees.
1. Refund time for different payment methods
We will inform you after you apply for a request for returning through an email. We will process your request within 1-2 business days. And we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, it will be refunded within 3-7 business days.
2. Return and exchange handling and shipping costs
Unless the product has quality problems, return and exchange shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the product amount of the oreder (excluding shipping fee). No matter which style of product you buy, you have 100 days to return your ZAMAT Pillow, started from the date of placing orders. We surely advise sleeping on our products for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adapt to it. For recommendations on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us using the information below. We will take care of it and send the full refund as we promised .
