Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out on the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account' and fill in your particulars.

Are these pillows good for neck pain?

We design all our pillows to offer healthy support to maintain spinal alignment and ease neck pains. Our pillows also feature cushioning memory foam to contour to your head and neck, relieving pressure and preventing morning headaches that can result from sleeping on a too-firm or too-soft pillow.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

When placing an order, if you have a discount code "AIM", you need to fill in the ”AIM“ in discount code, and then click Apply, you can use it at checkout.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address are verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

When will my order ship?

It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order and another 4-7 business days via standard shipping for your package to arrive at your destination. Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other carrier-related delays). If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. We ship orders Monday through Friday, and any orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. No worries, We will take care of the Customs duty fees.

How do I track my order?

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Please be aware that your address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address. We will help intercept your package, but if we failed, you need to bear the loss yourself.

Free standard shipping over $35 is available to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.(excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories).
