1. Refund time for different payment methods

We will inform you after you apply a request for returning through an email. We will process your request within 1-2 business days. And we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, it will be refunded within 3-7 business days. 
 
2. Return and exchange handling and shipping costs  
Unless the product has quality problems, return and exchange shipping costs are at your own expense.  We will refund the product amount of the order (excluding shipping fee). 
 
No matter which style of product you buy, you have 100 days to return your ZAMAT Pillow, started from the date of placing orders. We surely advise sleeping on our products for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adapt to it. For recommendations on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us using the information below. We will take care of it and send the full refund as we promised . 
 
 To be eligible for a return, your Product must be clean, undamaged, and in its original package.
